Business Outlook
Pros
Very comfortably way of working (you can be 100% remote even if there's an office 100 meters from your apartment), nice food in the office, you don't need to have background on the field - they lack people so they are willing to hire whoever is willing to join, basically. You'll have to learn everything on the spot though.
Cons
Rude customers, the majority of employees now are as clueless as a new joiner, and whoever has the knowledge to help is so burnt out that they just won't help. Salaries used to be very good but are now lagging behind the industry average.
