Business Outlook
Pros
Flexible PTO (ie: Unlimited), plus fully remote, (where from anywhere) environment, with a collaborative group. Excellent pay.
Cons
The stocks portion of your pay only vests once a quarter and when the stock drops, you lose salary, but when it jumps, you can make some nice extra cash. My first year sucked, but things are improving for the better here now. Part of that was my fault and the other part, were company politics and other things.
