      Pros

      The people doing the work are hard working and brilliant. Working with them really made a difference in getting customers live and happy

      Cons

      Upper management is idealist and only listens to affirmations of ideas. Middle management only manages upwards vs actually helping their reports. Pay is under market average but they will tell you it's above/at market value. The projects will pile on more and more with little regard to work/life balance and your health. Management regularly praises those who put in the longest hours and insists company culture and 'helping pharma industry' is more important than your health, wealth, or personal life. They one time praised an employee for rescheduling their wedding!
