      Pros

      One of the best reasons to work here is that they offer flexible scheduling.

      Cons

      I guess management makes quite a lot of mistakes in regards to training. So, if you don’t know something, you get blamed. Don’t get me wrong there’s a lot of information and codes to grasp, I had no issues with that. However there were definitely times where I was expected to know something without any knowledge of it.

      Lots of autonomy to do your thing, great culture and management. People have your back and your are respected as an individual

      CEO takes a bit too much on, would be better if he didn’t micromanage so much.
