      No culture just micro management

      Pros

      Hard to say in an professional environment without trust and understanding of sales processes in 2021. If you still have typical top down management you won’t be successful.

      Cons

      No understanding of, how to create value and how to deploy employees correctly.

      Pros

      You will be pushed out of your comfort zone everyday. Co workers are great and share the same struggles as you.

      Cons

      Very little pay. You are expected to be worked to the bone and all of the responsibilities fall on you. Performance reviews only left for the associates so if a project fails, you will be taken down. You are expected to train yourself which is absolutely ridiculous. In a lot of ways, they set you up for failure. They expect the world, yet give very little in return. More associates are leaving everyday and it’s due to the managers not caring or doing enough to ensure you are successful.
