-Supportive team -Lots of hands-on experience in pharma-tech industry -Opportunities for lateral movement -Will learn a lot if you want to

Cons

-Veeva made several changes to their payment structure within a 12 month period (lowered base salary after promotion despite promise of a higher salary during the interview process) -Changed some of the 'remote' options to in-person only -Can be stressful at times when under-resoursed (you are likely to get staffed on projects way above your level)

-cooperative culture, people are helpful -amazing environment, office lunches, snacks -great equipment -can be full remote -structured graduate programme, scheduled pay rises for first 2 years

Cons

-salary is average for an entry level position, but compensation package is good overall -quite specialized, narrows down career progression -programme is structured which means less individual flexibility (pay rises, career moves) -hard to transition to other areas abroad, Hungary is focused on services
