Genuinely good colleagues Purposeful work

Zero autonomy. While autonomy is spoken of as something on offer, in reality there is very little. Decisions roll up to C-suite and if you don’t like it, tough. The CEO presents himself as someone that cares but in reality he is just another billionaire. The work life balance is tough and it’s hidden behind “work ethic” and high performance culture. In reality the lean teams are taken too far and you’re expected to work and work and work and there’s little support other than “it’s what is needed”

- Great product - amazing colleagues - work anywhere

Cons

- Terrible management (inconsistent decisions, non-finished projects, non-transparent manager thinking. Senior upper management can be good, but middle and lower management is awful) - No career path for senior employees who are not 100% fit (ideal for freshly graduated people, but senior employees can get stuck) - Poor salary
