      Pros

      Learned the basics of commercial operation in pharmaceutical industry. Gained experience including project management and configuration of system. Working across the international team is also plus.

      Cons

      There were tons of harassment going on. Many young talents are forced without valid reasons.

      Friendly and supportive colleagues, good team and office environment Decent remuneration package + benefits If performance is right, one can have meaningful and interesting roles on projects. Full remote, work in autonomy, trust-based relationship in many teams, flexible working hours if schedule allows it Position/Career change within Veeva possible if one is vocal and proactive about it
