      Extremely cult-like and unfair company to work for

      Pros

      Some great people & managers. The culture was a lot nicer a few years ago.

      Cons

      This company is cult-like. The attitude towards higher management is extremely concerning, leaning on worshipping these people as if they can do no wrong. Many employees are brainwashed so cannot see what is in front of them. Higher management get away with acting like bullies. Benefits decreased massively as my years in the company went on. It felt like we received an email every few weeks reducing/taking away a benefit. This was confusing as the company is very rich. Rewarded for working long hours, not for quality of work.
