      Pros

      - Amazing company culture and values. - Treat staff and customers with upmost respect - Interesting and challenging company to work for with career prospect - Competitive salaries and great offices

      Cons

      - To be honest, there isn't really any. It's a really high pace company and the solutions are complex so it may not be for everyone. But it is such a rewarding company to work for. If you want a challenge that feels purpose-full, this is the perfect place.

      Money was good because I got in early

      Cons

      No upwards momentum at all. Usually expanding companies will uplevel employees but not this place. The dinosaurs that run this place want to make sure they get theirs without spreading the wealth around. Feels like a zero-sum game even though by company standards it has no business being that way.
