      Nice HQ building Free healthy lunch and snacks Market leader Some nice coworkers

      Micromanagement Very political environment Lack of transparency Lack of communication from team to team No work-life-balance Your experience at Veeva depends on your manager, there are some terrible ones who neglect the team/product but ingratiate themselves with leadership. They do everything for their personal ego and take their teams’ credits.

      Nice new HQ building in Pleasanton Free lunch , fruits and snacks

      Cons

      Average pay compare to same industry companies. Product teams constantly fighting for Design documents approval from CEO that runs a top-down shop. Very frustrating for all team! Micromanagement is all over the place especially in Vault QA department. QA Sr. Leadership pretends they do not see it and continue supporting this. Some Managers/Directors has no leadership skills; they need to take some training how to work with people and what to say to people. They can put a good employee down and kill their motivation. Unfortunately those people get promoted. I am not sure what HR is doing/thinking about?!

      Pros

      Great cloud based products (especially CRM and Content Management/Vault) mostly focused on life-science industry but recently expanding into non life-science markets. Highly competent CEO with strong product focus, still humble.

      Cons

      Some times thin on mid-management layer.
