Best job I ever had, great company with fantastic values and prospects

Work here and you will hear people tell you this is the best job they ever had (any job in the company, really). I waited to write a review to see if I felt the same way. It's true - this is the best job I've ever had and the best company I've worked for. I've been lucky to work for good companies but Veeva stands out. Their culture is amazing, and the work is challenging, fun and rewarding. The interview process is lengthy and the exercises you are required to do can be difficult, but going through the process it is worth it - stick it out. You will work hard but you have a ton of support. Working long hours is common but it is balanced by remote work and unlimited PTO. This is the first place I have worked where I felt there really is no stupid question. You're expected to work together, so the culture fosters a support system for its employees. Even though jobs here are remote, the company still makes you feel like you are in the same office with everyone. The benefits are good but could be a little better on some fronts (see cons). I highly recommend Veeva. I hope to be here for years to come.
