Pros

The company culture is very open and sharing. People here are engaged, connected and there really isn't that much red tape to be concerned with. The benefits the company provides are one of the best on the market.

Cons

If you're a fan of highly detailed and controlled processes and/or authority Veeva will not be a good match - the organization and the processes are relatively unregulated.
