      Market leading product Exciting time to be disrupting the life-sciences industry ripe for innovation Potential stock growth for a SaaS/cloud company if receiving such compensation

      Serious lack of internal resources to assist growth ambitions Employees not setup for success - no onboarding, training etc US centric that hinders growth and opportunity in other markets. Poor culture that lacks identity, ownership and passion Too tech/product focused vs understanding and needs and importance of sales/marketing organization Management too focussed on wrong battles & managing up - lack experience in high growth companies looking to scale

      Quality People and Meaningful Mission

      Pros

      -Little to no politics -Quality team of engineers -CEO is hands-on -Mission primarily serves to help people -Creative freedom is encouraged -I haven't had to buy groceries in four months (breakfast, lunch and packed dinners are great) -Office space and cafeteria are incredibly nice -People seem to genuinely care throughout the organization -Stock continues to perform well and 2017 guidance is encouraging -I enjoy coming to work everyday and there is a lot to be said for that

      -Average base pay and benefits -Hiring process is often arduous -Limited brand awareness outside of niche space
