Pros

The company is on a roll financially. The culture is more cooperative than competitive. There's a strong sense that the rising tide lifts all boats. The company is pretty good about accommodating employees' family obligations.

Cons

It's not unusual for product teams to be on call over the weekend - especially after a release. The compensation isn't as high as some other valley companies (although the stock has done well).

-Obvious favoritism with Middle Management -Work life balance is non-existent -Your work is never good enough -Benefits and pay are just OK compared to how they sell it -Difficult to collaborate with other departments because they are so overworked.

Good culture, people are great, healthy lunch and snack options provided daily.

Cons

"Autonomy over alignment" attitude from the CEO makes it extremely difficult to get things done efficiently. Everyone has their own priorities and there is no incentive to work with other departments to better company functionality as a whole. No alignment on application and system wants/needs, every man for himself. The Marketing department is a disaster. They lack any concept of "bigger picture", just a constant fire drill. This is the direct result of their Chief Marketing Officer.
