      Pros

      - Great people to work with - Good product - Absurd company profitability

      Cons

      - All associate consultants have the EXACT same compensation packages, yet they make it very ambiguous on raises. Everyone gets the same raises at the same time... - Well below market pay - Work life balance is non-existent - Management are incompetent people who will micromanage and push you out of the company. Random check-in's. Multiple stand ups per day to check in. - PTO's are highly discouraged and frowned upon. I had to join calls when I had planned my vacation 2 months in advance. - Higher ups don't listen to the employees. - Veeva is falling apart.

      Pros

      The people you work with are great, that’s it. Maybe 401k ? But even still benefits are meh.

      Cons

      Upper Management doesn’t care about their own employees and allowed morale to reach a critical low. Changes happen every five seconds making the company unreliable and inconsistent. Work from home was the best part and throughout the decision to recind that perk, the lack of compassion, understanding and reason from upper management was telling. The pay is abysmally low compared to every other company in the industry. You are a peon and nothing more to the people in charge.

      - Remote Work - generally more work life balance and more relaxed than a tradtional consulting firm - If you have a good team your experience will be good - People generally stick around and love the culture and live and bleed Veeva - I believe those who go in to the office realize more of the benefits and culture - The Veeva tools are important for the Pharma and MedTech industries

      Cons

      - Very little support on a complex tool especially for someone without deep industry knowledge - Expected to figure things out and chastised if seeking for support or asking questions, no clear direction - No real teamwork even if working with a team to deliver a project - No time for collaboration - Expected to work way beyond the allotted billable hours to get the job done - Little effort in team building in remote environment
