      There is no negotiating your initial salary; even though Veeva is "very proud of this offer," you may not be You work-life balance can suffer Someone may try to make a name for their self off of your work Antiquated managers can prefer you do things their way even though they encourage you bring to bring ideas to the table

      Pros

      Free lunch prepared every day at new headquarters is a good benefit, especially compared with complete lack of options at old building. The company is profitable.

      Cons

      Benefits leave much to be desired. Headquarters is not in very good location. Pace of advancement within company is not very fast compared with other places I've seen.
