Micromanagement is everywhere, senior managers and team leads are only good at playing office politics. The overreliance on Jira has made the company’s processes even more rigid. To ensure employees can supposedly “create more value” from home, it’s common to have meetings at 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. As for “diversity,” it seems to be practiced only in favor of certain specific ethnic groups.
