PTO is inflexible and limited to 3 weeks, work exceeds 40 hours (often 50-60 hours) but extra hours are for internal non-billable projects. Burnout is high as teams are “lean” and folks struggling to keep up. Salary/raises are less than industry standard. Sink or swim culture, you will be expected to search for answers in existing collateral and figure things out, there will be minimal mentorship/training as folks (including managers) are spread thin.

Everything besides remote work. Toxic culture and it's a race against each other. Nepotism. As others have mentioned, you will be shown the door if you open up to HR and/or your manager about concerns. Favoritism gets promotions, and those who are skilled with experience do not; it's who the manager likes. They promote open transfers within the company and encourage it, until you try, you will be cut. The pay is astonishingly low, the offer much lower than standards, and they act like you should be thankful to even be offered to work there if you question it. I've heard of a handful of employee lawsuits. Don't trust HR, they are not there for you. Zero care and they get rid of employees abruptly and quietly.
