Pros

Some good, supportive people to help the newcomers, some great reps.

Cons

High workload, micro-management, high stress, getting called out across the entire team, cliques, toxic work environment, not much encouragement, tons of criticism (even for the newcomers). Not much support from management, we rely heavy on each other. Time off is frowned upon.

Pros

Good base pay and that's it

Cons

Company does team goals rewarding those who don't produce vs those who do. They say they are equally focused on employees, customers and shareholders but that's a bunch of bunk. They will let people go arbitrarily when it suits Peter Gassner who should just retire at this point. Don't go to work here

Pros

- Nice people to work with, I can count on one hand the people I haven't liked working with here and luckily they've all left - Interesting work, I enjoy working with customers and our products are good and well received in our markets - Pay is pretty good and competitive - Work life balance has gotten better but that might also be a result of setting my own boundaries the longer i've been here - Flexibility to change roles, if you've earned it

Cons

- Only focused on hiring people from Epic, if you don't have previous experience at Epic don't bother applying for any kind of consulting role/leadership role - Culture is suffering based on the above, people see what HR is doing and the hiring trend especially in leadership....do any of us actually have a shot at a leadership role? - Benefits have decreased over time, its disappointing - Lacking PTO/average maternity leave, friends are always shocked when I tell them what our policies are compared to other tech companies
