PTO policy changed (once unlimited), now 10-15 days for everyone (regardless of seniority or tenure) unless you have approval from management Professional development allowance no longer available Base pay is low and increases are minimal

-Supportive team -Lots of hands-on experience in pharma-tech industry -Opportunities for lateral movement -Will learn a lot if you want to

-Veeva made several changes to their payment structure within a 12 month period (lowered base salary after promotion despite promise of a higher salary during the interview process) -Changed some of the 'remote' options to in-person only -Can be stressful at times when under-resoursed (you are likely to get staffed on projects way above your level)
