Veeva Crossix Specific - Management is poor. There is a major blame culture. We are incredibly understaffed and unappreciated for the extra work we do. The team is not diverse. My roles and responsibilities have changed minimally throughout my time at Crossix even though my feedback is always that I am "doing great" and to "keep doing what I am doing". Growth opportunities are not existent because lower-level staff have to cover the major bandwidth gaps. The work environment is anxious.
