Veeva has amazing leadership. this doesn’t mean every action is perfect but the focus and vision inevitably result in success for our customers. In the end, that’s what matters. We are able to help patients through helping our customers.

Cons

If you aren’t an independent worker, you may struggle. For experienced hires, this isn’t the type of company that holds your hand. If you’re experienced, you’re expected to deliver not just be a cog in the greater machinery.

Veeva does a good job placing employee well-being at the same level of importance as customer success. A rapid release schedule with accompanying heavy and light workload periods keeps things interesting; something new is always on the way. Good benefits as well as some delighters like free lunch every day and regular happy hours. Pragmatic culture pervades with come-as-you-are dress code and work-from-home options. Work-life balance is respected.

Cons

If your role's responsibilities are tied to the release schedule, it could be too intense for some.
