Huge fluctuation in the employees Old employees are not appriciated, new collegues get higher salary than the old ones. Very poor salary raise every year even if the inflation is higher than ever. The management only support each other and are very rude with their people (respect for the exception). Benefits are always cutted. Huge money goes down the toilet because of illogical decisions. They talk about values but fire even for one mistake.

Pay is far under market average.
