Veeva Crossix Specific - Working from home is nice, but this will restrict the opportunities given to you.

Cons

Veeva Crossix Specific - Management is poor. There is a major blame culture. We are incredibly understaffed and unappreciated for the extra work we do. The team is not diverse. My roles and responsibilities have changed minimally throughout my time at Crossix even though my feedback is always that I am "doing great" and to "keep doing what I am doing". Growth opportunities are not existent because lower-level staff have to cover the major bandwidth gaps. The work environment is anxious.

Cons

Projects are extremely understaffed so you will have to work a job meant for multiple people. Higher ups keep taking away benefits. You will be given a great deal of responsibility with no guidance or direction from the higher ups.
