A complete mess and chaos

full-remote from anywhere + stocks you can sell straight away

Cons

- a hiring manager who micro-manages 13 software developers, setting up meetings one by one - lack of any software development process, no ticket,s no sprints, no retrospectives - most of the code run on jupyter notebooks, even production, there are no tests nor a proper process to review code - it's all chaotic and very demotivating

Poor Management, low experience managers with ego, no carrier growth, no severance packages. worst medical coverage, co pay for general physician visits too.
