Pros
As a developer, you are treated with respect and trusted by management. I think this is because Veeva hires a lot of young and intrinsically motivated people, so they don't need to be pestered into working harder. This leads to honest estimates and less time wasted trying to negotiate deliverables. Good employee benefits for personal development, donating to charity, fitness, etc.
Cons
Some mature monolith products that are slow to adopt new technologies and processes. If working at the application layer, you are mostly stuck with the internal platform frameworks and APIs, which leads to some repetitive/limited projects. No idea what middle management does all day, and how they're improving the company.
