Pros
This is the best benefit package I have ever seen! Great work environment; everyone is friendly and willing to help; mission focused and you can see the benefit of your work, both internally and the positive impact on clients!
Cons
To date, I have yet to encounter "downsides." I spent eight years in the military and 15 with the federal government ... trust me, I can identify cons of the job! Haven't found any yet.
