Truly valued by a fast paced, innovative company
Pros
I think the top reason to work at Ridgeline is how much the company truly values you as an employee and contributor. It really is a collaborative team environment where you are heard and can make a difference. As an engineer, I also value innovation and working on exciting projects, and Ridgeline does not disappoint. Across the last 2 years at the company, I have worked on multiple exciting / cool / cutting-edge projects that were both fun and challenging. You get to work with some pretty amazing people who teach and mentor you constantly. Lastly, they really encourage you to take time off to recharge and recover, which definitely helps reduce burnout.
Cons
Really, the only downside I can think of is there is constant pressure to move fast while adding workload. This leads to the exciting environment I mentioned but can also be daunting for some.
