All started very positive with good support and training in place
Cons
Staff under appreciated and under paid, as other employees left you were left to pick up the slack from multiple different roles. As you raised concerns, management did have an ear but no steps were ever implemented to elevate concerns. What's even worse is they only recognised your desire for a pay rise and offered a substantial raise only when you were leaving and they had no other options.
