I have been here at Velcro for over 3 years now and it has been a great experience for me. Overall the supervisors and manager have been very helpful and a good team environment. There is room for growth and the pay is good as well.

Cons

Don't have anything negative to say at the moment.

Work life balance is well maintained. Managers appreciate and acknowledge your work. Coworkers are polite and easy going.

Cons

The pay could be better, but not bad. Projects tend to move slow due to minimum head count, but this keeps layoffs far from your mind.
