Unfortunately none to speak of. Reasonable base salary I suppose. 401k, health benefits etc. were on par.

Cons

Poorly defined goals, increasing issues with management. Executive branch on down left within a year not on their own volition. Unqualified managers in roles where they had no experience.

Nice office that’s clean and modern

Cons

Awful management and high turnover. 3 CEO’s in 18 month. While I was there the place was a revolving door of people being fired or leaving which made it impossible to get things done. Middle management doesn’t care and upper management revolves around the same people trying to hold onto their jobs.
