Interesting work and great people to work with. Really felt like a family atmosphere.

Cons

Senior leadership is always changing so you never know what the expectations are. This has plagued Velcro for the past 15+ years. Very frustrating to gain traction on anything. There is always a feeling of waiting for the other shoe to drop. Salary below average for similar roles in geographic area.

Co workers are great and are in the same boat.

Cons

Empowering/enabling employees to complete their work. Who thinks of this and then hires all these people? Managers are co-dependent and unable to make a everyday decision. Leaving employees to continue to process the same task over and over. Communication with managers is empty, you leave with more questions than you had and a lot of “I will get back to you!” Which never happens. More concerned with attending meetings for things that they never pass down the information for. Implementing procedures for operations that they, themselves do not understand the intricacies of.
