Global company - so based on your role, you could have ability to travel and get business experience in a variety of global markets

Cons

Leadership team is dysfunctional and continues to hire underperformers for top positions, the competent people leave the company because they are either pushed out or can not take CEO any more

They are making the changes they need to make even when they are hard. A lovely place to work where the co-workers are kind. Top and bottom of the company are good but the middle managers need a cleanout
