Pros

This company is in New Hampshire to stay for the long term. Equipment updates keep this company in the forefront of their market. Paid holidays, paid vacations, and paid lunch and break a true 8 hour shift. 401K participation.

Cons

Like any other company, it depends on who you are working with, the employees, for the most part, make the task at hand enjoyable, in a professional work environment.

A place which brings work and life in balance, but watch out for sudden restructuring that may lay off employees.

Cons

Work here for more than year and company has just fired its CEO, COO and CCO, again! No strategy, no internal communication and no direction whatsoever
