      The job is really straightforward, hours are consistent and there was almost always a chance for overtime.

      Pros

      Woking at Velcro provides best environment as employees are friendly and easy going. When one is on the production floor it does not seem like a manufacturing unit, A+ for tidiness. A lot to learn from every sector of the company.

      Cons

      Inadequate Resources - This is one thing where the company needs improvement, it’s not like things wouldn’t work without these resources but it would be beneficial if they had like for testing of fabric all the equipments might not be available and maybe a third party testing is needed which is not bad but it would be great if the company had it.
