- About 100-150 employees, slowly growing - Great flexibility. They're more about completing the work you have assigned than "sit in the chair for 8 hours" - Fair compensation - In-person/hybrid/remote are all offered - They do put on social events

Cons

As a developer you have to know Sitecore well, which is niche

My team was great, everyone was very knowledgeable, professional and eager to help each other. I loved working there and culture seemed great as well.

Cons

Managers are not always transparent and feedback process is not ideal. They say they care about mental health but they don't. Protected class under disability means nothing to them. Exit interviews are awful and insulting, they will ask you to sign a severance contract to wave any type of charges, complaints, claims, liabilities, obligations.
