      Pros

      Smart, creative, fun, supportive colleagues who prefer to collaborate toward better outcomes. Variety of clients and ability to move off projects over time. Fun perks. Great location and office space. Life flexibility.

      Cons

      A lot of change is happening quickly to evolve the organization and there are blurry lines as things take shape and get finalized - at this time, it's a great place for someone who likes to make an impact on how an organization develops but a less good place for someone who likes establishment and clarity. The organization has had a lot of challenges with resourcing and budgeting issues and is still too shy to negotiate with clients. There's some lack of trust in management right now but management is being responsive to this and staff take note.

      Cool environment, Helping people, good leaves. Can't think of much.

      Cons

      Managers have no power. No planned growth of their employees. micro managing.

      Good people, but somehow still a mess

      Pros

      Some of the best people I've ever worked with. Skilled, smart, dedicated. The vast majority of people are extremely good at what they do and very willing to share their knowledge with others.

      Cons

      Management is afraid of their people. Divisions are so siloed that nobody has any idea what anyone else needs or does. Conflict is avoided at all costs, to the point of allowing clients to take advantage and to run up expenses to double what's billed in some cases. There's no direction.
