Pros
If you know how to play the game, love corporate culture, and have a lot of business experience, this can be a great place to buff up your resume and quickly get promoted. There's a little bit of a revolving door, so watch your back, but your job title will be anything but stagnant here.
Cons
The projects are incredibly boring. If you love technology, you'll hate this place. If you just want to get your work done, and don't care about meetings, you'll hate this place. If filling out endless forms and Microsoft Office documents is your version of hell, you'll hate this place. The politics are insane, the cattiness and drama is unbearable at times, but frequent company outings, ski trips, beer o' clock, etc. can be fun, and good for getting to know co-workers.
