I have experienced some of the best personal and professional growth while with Velocitii. There is opportunity to be promoted within if you work hard and exceed your sales or customer service goals. I have been promoted three times since I started here, and it is great knowing management recognizes hard work. The company is still on the small side, but has seen some steady growth over the last couple months. The co-workers are friendly, and management is professional and visible. There is monthly activities to participate in such as pet photo day, waffle day, etc. which helps break up some of the routine functions that come along with this job. All in all, I would highly recommend the company to anyone who is looking in the area for a great place to work. Everyone gets along well, good pay, moderately easy job structure to follow, cross-training, and plenty of opportunity for a career.

I have been looking for a company like Velocitii for about a decade. The culture is very forward thinking and progressive, and as we have grown, every employees feedback has been requested. The core elements are actualized on a daily basis, and the leadership cares about the lives of the team, both in and out of work. The opportunity for growth is endless. You can start as a customer service rep on the phones and end up in a leadership role. The sales training is easy to understand and very effective. For someone just starting out in the business world, or anyone who is looking to grow their career, Velocitii is a great fit.
