      They pay well and are expanding.

      Cons

      Hours - you don’t get to write your MGMT schedule (closes at 4 am on weekends) Upper MGMT / OPS - they love to barge in during peak volume and audit the entire operation, doesn’t feel like they want you there. HIGH TURNOVER - I am the third GM to quit in less than 10 months (yes you read that correctly) Work / Life balance - they want you to be available around the clock and have zero respect for your time off. Gossip - every single “higher up” has negative things to say about the COO & DO. They are the worst experience I’ve had in my 28 year career .

      Great atmosphere Loved the team I had

      Switched to Toast after Covid hit, and because of the testing at other locations prior to the pandemic had calculated that we'd make more money so they cut the hourly wage for all FOH employees. I made half, if that, went the switch was final and a new manager was rolling their eyes and speaking badly about those who ended up getting sick and blaming them for not being able to afford insurance. Found a new job shortly after.
