Amazing food, great people, managers are very caring and understanding, free food/discounted food.

Cons

Rushes can be too much for some people, cashiers have to bus tables, very late night shifts (anywhere from 2am to 7am)

I love the opportunity to work with a team that is passionate about food & people, where you feel like part of a family not just a number. This is an ideal place to work if you enjoy being challenged and part of something bigger. Managers are scheduled a 47 hour work week, so QOL is better than expected in the restaurant space. Pay is super competitive and there are endless opportunities to grow & advance your career.
