      Remove work, usd salary, team members, can’t think of anything else

      Cons

      No perks, work-life balance is not acceptable, constant overtimes or on the contrary luck of task, people can have 2-4 projects at a time, track every minute of your time, management is greedy for pay rises, simple small projects

      - Interesting projects with a good technical stack - Higher than market salary

      Cons

      - You can be fired in just one day, without a prior notice or an explanation. Management literally doesn't understand why they should at least notify you. This is not a stable job and not a position you should rely on. - They wont pay you for your work. They will expect you to work for free before firing you. Be warned. - Excruciatingly detailed time logging requirements. - No corporate culture, no paid holidays, no medical insurance, just salary. - Most people are overworked, poor work/life balance.
