Pros
Great work environment for a "big law" firm. Flexible hybrid work schedule. Billing "target" of 1900 hours.
Cons
Pay is slightly less than other big law firms, but the tradeoff is a more flexible schedule and less rigid hours expectation. Unlikely to be an equity partner, but non-equity partnership is effectively guaranteed given enough high-quality work and time.
