Pros

non-Management are great people There is hope for future growth the DBA is outstanding

Cons

Executive team is always fighting to get themselves out of a wet paper bag - Poor Management - Ownership DOESN'T know how to run a business and their tactic's are that of a used car salesman - don't drink the Kool-Aid it becomes very bitter once you become comfortable. As far as it being a Women Owned Business - don't be fooled - That executive is never on premise and has no business sense in the real world. WBENC - is being bamboozled

Clean office and friendly colleagues

Cons

This is a one man show with no strategic direction or vision. People get hired and fired on the spot for no reason whatsoever. Moral is sub zero in the office and everyone is ready to jump ship.

Pros

Leaders are seldom in the office and you can pretty much do what you want. I just stay home some days and work from home. No one manages the development team. Projects aren’t managed so you can do what you want. As a developer I have freedom to build anything.

Cons

Owner changes direction daily sometimes hourly. You will be pushed to say things to customers that is not true. Senior leaders keep changing. Guess the owner can’t stick with anyone. Vendita pays for positive reviews. We say we do all these cool things and are Oracle verified but we don’t and we’re not. Owner is out of touch and yells at us for issues in development out of our control.
