Pros

Nothing like pros in this organization. They want employees who don't have self respect.

Cons

Toxic work environment, targets are just unbelievable. They force you to complete targets at any cost. Upper management behaves so rudely and behaves like we are their slaves, they will harm your mental health by torturing you. Micromanagement at its peak! They get angry when you complete 8hrs. per day and question every task you did. All complaints, no compliments. You may even spend 15hrs of your time doing an 8hrs shift. They are without a doubt the most subpar company that I have ever worked for.

Pros

My co-workers are nice and friendly.

Cons

The leadership here at Vendita is inefficient and ineffective. The managers often fail to provide the solutions we need. Also, the company's software solutions are outdated and prone to frequent glitches, which is one of the main reasons for inefficiency and poor performance in the workplace. Overall, I don't think this company is worth applying for.

Pros

I don't know of any pros, but if I had to guess there probably aren't any to find.

Cons

It's so stressful and frustrating working at Vendita because of how stifling expectations can be. We're expected to be on -call and ready for work at all times, even if it's supposed to be an off- day. I can be sleeping, then get a call at 3AM to fix a technical issue. I don't even get paid fairly, so when I got fed up from the ridiculous demands, I left.
