Consulting firm with clients in many locations. Pay on time, good management. Initially provide facility to learn the tools required for working on projects.
Cons
No help in career growth. project search process is not well organized. Pay is low to start with.

Pros
the company helps you obtain an H1 visa if you pass the training and work for them for 5 years. They provide lodging during the training period
Cons
Training is self taught with little support from local trainers.Training takes 12 hours a day and can take between 3 to 6 months, during which time the company only covers basic living costs. The contract will tie you to Vensoft for 5 years no matter what. Your services will be sold to different companies located anywhere in the US during the 5 year contract so be ready to move a lot
