      Pros

      Working with Vensoft was a good experience. I consistently feel like I work with the best and brightest. Recommend to join the companies if you are just a start up in your career or whole lot experience. Global leader in many fields, many smart talented and driven people work here. Good pay and benefits.

      Pros

      the company helps you obtain an H1 visa if you pass the training and work for them for 5 years. They provide lodging during the training period

      Cons

      Training is self taught with little support from local trainers.Training takes 12 hours a day and can take between 3 to 6 months, during which time the company only covers basic living costs. The contract will tie you to Vensoft for 5 years no matter what. Your services will be sold to different companies located anywhere in the US during the 5 year contract so be ready to move a lot
