No work life balance. Most of the management team works from home, but you’re required to be there 5 days a week. They barely train you, miss deadlines, and want you to give up Saturdays to get the work done. 3.6 hours of leave per pay period.

Burn and churn through sales reps. PEO is a longer sales cycle and they fire everyone by the 5th month, sometimes 3rd month, if you have not had a sale. I was here for 5 months and I was a senior sales rep on both Dallas teams. Managers are new too!
