      Great company. I have to say I think this is one of the best companies to work for. Venterra provides a fun work place and they care about there employees. I would recommend this company to anyone.

      Pros

      Excellent training and employee development. Strong values based corporate culture where honesty and integrity are rewarded. Candid review process that focuses on continuous improvement.

      Cons

      Pay scale is below industry standards, but the people and culture are more than worth it. Really, this company is amazing and I'm continuing to write in order to fill the word minimum.
